Delivery

Expect 4-8 weeks for delivery as each glassware item is handmade to order. An email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped. Delivery will be during day time hours. You may want your order delivered to your work, as parcels will not be left at the door.

 

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address for your day time (business or office?) hours. We cannot deliver to private homes after hours.

 

We will arrange delivery of the goods to you (the Customer,) at the Customers cost and delivery will be deemed to have occurred at the point of handing the goods to the Customer.

 

Full delivery prices and options are listed here on the website. When you place an order we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates to you by email when we are ready to dispatch.

 

Off shore or remote deliveries will attract a higher delivery price and delivery times will be longer, depending on the location. The Customer will pay for any duties or taxes.

 

Any period or date stated by the marguerite doré is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. marguerite doré will use all reasonable endeavors to meet any estimated dates for delivery.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk in the goods and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise in respect to the goods will pass to the Customer immediately upon the goods leaving the marguerite doré warehouse for delivery. The Customer is responsible for insuring the goods while in transit to the Customer.

 

The Customer assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property of the Customer, or third parties arising out of the use or possession of any of the goods issues by marguerite doré.

 

If the Customer will not or does not accept delivery when the goods are ready for delivery, the Customer will be deemed to have taken delivery of the goods and marguerite doré may store the goods until actual delivery, in which case the Customer will be liable to marguerite doré for all related costs, such as re delivery charge, storage and insurance.

 

 

Return

Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of the goods being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, marguerite doré will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Please attach photo of packaging and product damages to the email.
